Sunday was a good food day. I went to the Calgary Farmer's Market off Blackfoot Trail and Heritage Drive. Once I found the Market, early when I moved to Calgary, it remained the one place that always made me giddy.
This is a special weekend for me. Not only is Fall my favorite season, and Thanksgiving introduces it so well with the smells, taste and company, but it is also our Wedding Anniversary.

Erin, what do you think about eating fruit in the morning? I read somewhere that you shouldn't eat fruit at all in the morning. I thought I was doing the right thing by eating fruit and yogurt for breakfast.
