Rebuild Strength. Restore Energy.
A guided nutrition recovery program for cancer survivors ready to rebuild strength and restore steady energy after treatment.
Many cancer survivors experience persistent fatigue, muscle loss, and changes in energy after chemotherapy or radiation. This program focuses on rebuilding strength and restoring steady energy through personalized survivorship nutrition support.

The Recovery Phase Gap
Finishing cancer treatment is often expected to mark the beginning of feeling better.
But the months that follow can feel surprisingly uncertain.
You may notice your energy can't sustain through the day and you're spent before dinner. Your strength isn't what it was before treatment.
Food feels confusing after months of managing side effects and hearing different advice about what you should or shouldn’t eat.
And you keep wondering:
Am I doing the right things to support my recovery?
Why does my body still feel depleted?
How do I rebuild strength without overwhelming myself?
After months of structured medical care during treatment, many people suddenly find themselves expected to simply move forward — even though their body is still adjusting and rebuilding.
The Rebuild & Restore Program was created to support this stage of recovery, helping you rebuild strength, restore steady energy, and develop clear, practical strategies for nourishing your body after treatment.

THIS IS A FIT IF YOU ARE:
-
a breast cancer survivor 3–18 months post-treatment (chemo/radiation complete; can be on hormone therapy Tamoxifen, Anastrozole)
-
motivated but overwhelmed
-
ready for clarity instead of confusion
-
tired of trying to figure this out alone
-
wanting more energy, stability, and control
-
done with contradictory online advice

Cancer Care and Survivorship Dietitian Nutritionist
As an oncology dietitian, my work focuses on the often-overlooked recovery phase after cancer treatment.
While medical care during treatment is highly structured, many survivors receive little guidance on how to rebuild strength, restore energy, and support their body in the months that follow.
I regularly collaborate with oncology clinics, exercise physiologists, and survivorship programs to support patients navigating recovery after treatment. I also speaks with survivorship and clinical audiences about muscle recovery, fatigue, and nutrition after cancer treatment.
The Rebuild & Restore Program was created to help fill this gap by translating survivorship nutrition research into practical, individualized strategies that support recovery.
Start With a Recovery Strategy Call
Because recovery after cancer treatment is deeply personal, the best place to begin is a conversation about where you are right now.
During this call we will:
• talk about your current recovery experience
• identify the biggest challenges you are facing
• explore what support might be most helpful for you
If it feels like the Rebuild & Restore Program could support your recovery, we can discuss what the next steps might look like.
If not, you will still leave the conversation with greater clarity about how to support your body moving forward.
Recovery calls are available for cancer survivors located in Alberta.
